Customer service did get back to me, but it took longer than I expected. Once someone finally answered, the help was decent enough, but it felt like every time I thought we were close to fixing the issue, the goalposts moved a bit and I had to explain or do something else. Not terrible, just kind of frustrating.

The packaging was just okay. The box showed up kind of bent, and my gut feeling was that it could’ve been packed a bit better. Nothing too terrible, but it didn’t give the best first impression

I felt kind of embarrassed because I couldn’t really figure out how to use the site at first. It was more confusing than I expected, and I ended up clicking around for a while trying to find what I needed

I really wanted to like this because the idea is good, but the material just doesn’t feel as nice as I expected. It’s thinner than it looked or sounded, and after only a few uses it was already starting to look worn. For the price, I thought it would feel more sturdy, not like something where the quality was kind of an afterthought. It still does the job for now, but I’m not super confident it’s going to hold up for long

The site does work, and I was able to get around eventually, but I’m not totally sure the menus are laid out in the most intuitive way. It felt a bit confusing at times, though maybe I just needed more time to get used to it.

Am I the only one who didn’t really see the value here? It felt way too expensive for what I got. The quality was just okay, and nothing about it really made the price feel justified. I wouldn’t order it again, especially when there are cheaper options out there that feel the same or even better.

I’m only taking off one star because the tracking didn’t really update much at the beginning, so I wasn’t totally sure where it was. Still, it arrived in good shape, and overall the delivery was smooth

I was a little skeptical at first, but that’s probably on me because wooforplay.com actually felt straightforward. The site was easy to use, nothing came off weird or overly pushy, and the info was clear enough to follow. I’d be fine ordering again — it seems like they actually care about doing things the right way.

Umm, I was a bit disappointed with this. It started falling apart way faster than I expected.

It runs a little small, so I’d probably size up if you’re in between sizes...

I was actually surprised by how comfortable this was once I put it on, because sometimes things look nice but then end up feeling stiff, scratchy, or just kind of annoying after a bit. This one felt soft right away, and even after wearing it for a while, it didn’t rub weirdly or make me want to adjust it constantly, which I really appreciated.
The sizing was also accurate, which was one of the things I was a little unsure about before ordering. Overall, it feels like something that was made to be worn and used comfortably, not just something that looks good for a few minutes. I’d definitely buy it again...

My dog actually stays occupied with this for a long time, which is rare. I don’t know if that means it’s amazing or he’s just easily impressed, but either way he keeps going back to it and that’s good enough for me.

I’ve used WOO MORE PLAY a few times now, it’s been fine for me. No sketchy popups, no weird payment problems, and my account info seems to be okay, at least as far as I can tell. Maybe I’m not the best judge of what a “safe” site looks like, but nothing about it made me uncomfortable. I do wish they explained their privacy stuff a little more clearly, because I kept wondering if I was missing something. Still, overall it feels safe enough to use. I’d give it 4 stars.

I bought this a while back, and surprisingly, it’s still in one piece. My dog usually destroys things fast, so I wasn’t expecting much, but it’s held up better than a lot of the pricier stuff I’ve tried...

Got exactly what I ordered with no mixups at all, which almost made me wonder what kind of operation they’re running behind the scenes. Everything showed up right, on time, and as expected. No complaints from me
